Of course we are leaving for up North in two days, and the toilet seal starts leaking under the linoleum! I called Gene Wagner Plumbing and was sent a repair person within a day. Scott responded to our house, and he said he remembered being here another time. Yes! Scott was so nice. He explained what the problem was and showed me how he needed to pry the toilet off the base seal. It was a gentle tug of war….like pulling out a little kid’s loose tooth. I am so glad that I didn’t try fixing it myself! VERY glad I called the professionals again at Gene Wagner! Toilet is sealed again and Scott cleaned up every speck of old rust on the floor. Scott is a great guy and I know he is going to be able to fix any plumbing problem whenever I call! Fair price, too. He smiled as he left, and wished me good luck fishing! Late yesterday afternoon, my 92-year-old parents called me in a panic, that their faucet in the bathtub “broke” and they couldn’t stop the water. They couldn’t turn off the main water supply in the basement because the turn valve was rusted shut! We remembered seeing the “Gene Wagner Plumbing” trucks and called them. Within a half hour, “Dave” from Gene Wagner arrived at their home. He was able to repair the broken plumbing parts and turn the water back on! Dave was such a friendly man. He was able to calm my parents down within minutes! Not only is Dave a great plumber, but he knows how to relate to his customers.
