Wagner Plumbing Co., Inc. is committed to safely meeting the needs of our customers as well as protecting its employees.
We provide a vital service in our community. Therefore, we will remain open during this time of social distancing. Please keep in mind that our technicians generally work in isolation most of the workday. Our technicians will be provided with appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, a mask, and shoe covers) of which they are required to wear in your home.
When contacting us for service we ask if anyone in the home is symptomatic of COVID-19 (cough, fever, tiredness, or difficulties breathing), been diagnosed or had close exposure to someone with COVID-19 make us aware. All of our employees have been given strict guidelines on our COVID-19 procedure to ensure our customers safety. Our technicians will not be entering anyone’s home if our employee is symptomatic of COVID-19.
Another way we would like to avoid exposure is through signatures and payments. We require a signature for the work being done. In order to reduce contact, we ask you provide your own pen.
Upon job completion we require payment. At this time, we accept all forms of payment but request that a credit card or debit card be used. All major credit cards are accepted. The technician will provide the phone number to call in which the office personal will immediately run the card. We do not keep any credit card numbers for your protection.
